The results reported by people who use a snoring spray are varied. Some people have found no noticeable difference. Others claim an immediate reduction in their levels of snoring. For a definitive answer you would have to poll the partners or monitor the levels with a recording device.

The spray manufacturers claim their products work by lubricating and tightening the muscles of the throat and mouth, reducing the amount of vibration and hence the level of snoring. They make no claim on the lasting effects of using a snoring spray. So the reduction would seem to last only as long as you use it.

However there are many cases where the use of snoring spray can be helpful, including, managing a change of season, climate or diet, or any time when you are suffering heavier than usual snoring.
