Here are what I consider the 5 best ways to stop snoring.
- Breathe through your nose. Of all the ways to stop snoring this is the single best thing to do to overcome your snoring.. It is not easy but if you can change from a mouth breather to a nasal breather you will have many more health benefits than just stopping you snoring.
- Change your diet. I’m NOT talking about losing weight but rather going on a balanced diet. Many people who change their diet get reduced snoring within days, way before any weight loss kicks in. It can be an out of balance diet that causes congested airways and snoring rather than just the weight itself. The poor diet causes snoring, it also causes weight gain . A balance diet can reduce or eliminate your snoring with the added benefit of losing a bit of excess weight.
